Is this a template?
No. Every site gets its own layout designed around your business, with words written for you, your logo, colors and photos. Every page passes a design review on desktop and phone before you see it.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can send a text message, you can do this. We handle the design, the writing, the domain, and the hosting.
What if I already have a domain?

Is it really $999 $499, all-in?
Yes. $999 $499 one time covers up to five pages, all the writing and design, one full round of changes, a new domain, and six months of hosting. After six months, hosting is $35/month.
Is it really built live, while I’m there?
Yes. You chat with our AI web designer, and once you’ve paid it builds your site while you watch a progress bar, usually in about 15 minutes. Your own domain is usually live within the hour.
Who owns the domain name?
We register a brand-new domain for your website (we cover up to $25/yr). We own and manage it and license it to you as part of your hosting, so you never deal with renewals or DNS settings. Already have a domain? Call (860) 630-8425 and we’ll handle it personally.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Once your site is built, you review every page and send your changes: one full round is included, and we’re happy to fix a quick typo or a wrong phone number right after. Bigger or later changes: email or call us and we’ll give you a quote.
What if I think of a change after I leave the chat?
Come back to the chat on the same phone or computer and your conversation will still be there, or email hello@mysiteinaday.com. A quick typo fix is no problem; other changes get a quick quote.
What if I need a contact form, online booking, or a store?
Those aren’t included in the $999 $499 — a contact form, online booking, a store, or live chat for your own site — but they’re available as add-ons whenever you’re ready. Many owners start with the core site and add features once the business case is there.
What happens after the 6 months of included hosting?
Hosting continues at $35/month — that keeps your site online, secure, and maintained. No contract, cancel anytime.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website is yours. If you ever want to leave, you can take the complete site with you and host it anywhere. We build on WordPress and use a standard migration plugin, so the move is self-serve: you (or anyone you hire) can do it on your own schedule, with no lock-in.
Will this get me ranked on Google?
We build and launch your website, and that is what the $999 $499 covers. We don’t promise search rankings, traffic, or leads. Search engine optimization (SEO) is a separate service, available as an add-on if you want it.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Once we’ve received your payment and started your build, we don’t offer refunds or returns. That’s why we talk first: ask us anything and make sure this is right for your business before you pay. Your one round of edits is there to make sure the site says what you want it to say. Do I need to write anything or provide content?
No. We write everything based on our conversation. Photos and a logo help if you have them, but they’re not required.
What are the five pages, typically?
Most businesses use: Home, About or Services, Pricing, FAQ, and Contact — but we’ll shape them around what your customers actually need.
Can I update the site myself later?
The site is built on WordPress, so yes — and if you’d rather not touch it, small changes can be handled for you. Just ask about ongoing help.
