Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

MySiteInADay is a product of Southington Digital Solutions, based in Southington, Connecticut (“we,” “us”). By paying for or using our service, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@mysiteinaday.com.

2. What you are buying

The flat fee of $999 (one time; $499 during our launch special) covers the design, writing, and build of a website of up to five pages for your business; one round of edits after you review the finished site; registration of a new domain name (we cover up to $25 per year), which we own and license to you as part of your hosting; and six months of hosting. Your site is designed, built, and launched live with you in a single chat session at mysiteinaday.com/start, typically in about an hour.

3. What is not included

We deliver a website. We do not promise or guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or any other business result. Search engine optimization (SEO), contact forms, online booking, and online stores are not included in the $999. They may be available as separately priced add-ons.

4. Payment

The $999 fee is paid securely, right in the chat, before we begin your build. Payment is processed by Square. After the first six months, continued hosting is $35 per month, with no contract. You can cancel at any time.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Once we have received your payment and begun your build, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits. Please talk with us and ask any questions before you pay. Your one round of edits is how we make sure the finished site says what you want it to say. If we are unable to deliver the website described in section 2 for reasons on our side, we will make it right, which may include a refund of the amount you paid.

6. Ownership and leaving

Your website and its content belong to you. You may take the complete site with you and host it anywhere. We build on WordPress and use a standard migration plugin, and moving your site is self-serve: you, or anyone you hire, can do it on your own schedule. The domain name we register for your website is owned and managed by MySiteInADay and licensed to you as part of your hosting.

7. Your content and AI-assisted work

We use artificial intelligence tools to help design and write your website. You are responsible for reviewing the text, images, and business details on your site for accuracy before it goes live, and for making sure any material you give us is yours to use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing on someone else’s rights. We may decline or remove content that does.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.
